Refund and Return Policy

Here at DrHybrid we value you as a customer and strive for your complete satisfaction. Our 30-day refund policy allows you to return your unused product if you are not satisfied in any way.

Here’s how to return your product:

1. Contact us by emailing info@drhybrid.com.au or calling us on 0466 380 330. Please have your order number ready so we can begin your return authorisation.
2. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. If your product has been removed from its original packaging, it is non-refundable.
4. While products that have failed under normal use are not eligible for return, they are covered under our Warranty policy.
5. If your product appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue. In the case of a damaged or defective product we will send you a pre-paid return label and will ship you a replacement produce at no additional cost.
6. In all other cases, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
7. It is your responsibility to properly package the return item. Any damaged or missing parts will be deducted from the refund price.
8. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.
