Can't recommend highly enough ! Harris was exceptionally helpful, offered advice over the phone to try and help!
I never met Harris and sent the car by tow truck to his workshop. He diagnosed the issue and sent pictures of the scan results before proceeding with any repairs/ He gave us a number of options and we fitted a new main battery.
The price and service was excellent value, extremely honest ! You won't be disappointed or ripped off by using Dr Hybrid .

Harris from Dr Hybrid was fantastic! I took my Lexus is300h there after getting the hybrid battery warning light. Harris not only ran a diagnostic test straight away to confirm it was the hybrid battery without charging me, he was honest and told me to speak to Lexus for a warranty claim first, which I did to no avail Lexus refused to help me as I was 20k KMs out of the warranty period and quoted me an obscene amount to replace whilst telling me it's my fault that I didn't do regular service with them. So I called Harris and he took care of the rest at a fraction of the price for a genuine battery and he did it in 2hrs! I highly recommended Dr Hybrid!!!
